We are Monsters in Paris XI

These are film segments (courtesy of Emile disguised as Raoul, his camera hidden under the straw coat) of Francoeur's morning touring Paris as the human Franklin.

Upper Left: Francoeur and Raoul looking up at the Eiffel Tower. This holds bad memories for Francoeur and co, memories of how Maynott attempted to kill Francoeur a year ago.  But the real reason Raoul looks so unsure is because Francoeur suggested climbing it before sunrise.

Upper Middle: Francoeur's "I have seen her before" grin, alongside Lucille as she explains the story of Leonardo DaVinci's legendary work "The Mona Lisa"!

Upper Right: Upon reaching the top of the Eiffel Tower, Francoeur has conquered his personal demon as he savors the sunrise!

Lower Left: Raoul is out-right stunned at the sight of Katherine II, severely sunken (if not sunken beyond saving) in the river. Whether it's Francoeur or Emile who's at fault for driving it in there, you decide. Fortunately, in spite that he has to fight his flea nature, Raoul managed to use his monster-flea strength to pull his truck out of the water.

Lower Right: Thier visit to Notre Dame cathedral, just before breakfast. Or should I say "All before breakfast".

As for the story in the center: the news paper guy is basically rebuking Francoeur for not knowing the news. "Can't you read, Mister? THE MONSTER OF PARIS HAS RETURNED!! And he WORSE than before!!!"
The news illustration depicts an exaggeration of flea Emile riding on Flea Raoul's back.
According to the newspaper, last night, the mayor and his wife were attacked by the monster.  Along with three pigs and a bull, the monster had sucked the blood of the mayor and his wife.  Both survived and are recovering in the hospital.  However, the attack signifies that the monster is a bona fide threat to Paris.  (Unknown to anyone, the monster flea responsible for the attack was none other than flea Maynott.) 

But Francoeur, Raoul and Emile are stumped by this discovery, as they each have thier alibis for last night. Aside from the fact that Francoeur is no longer a flea, they were all riding Katherine II when Emile was driving her at a frustrating snail's pace.
